In February of 2018, I started broadcasting live music every morning on Facebook to hang out with folks and hopefully provide a nice little soundtrack to get their days kicked off in what I hoped would be a pleasant way.
What I wasn't expecting was that in doing so, a truly incredible community of funny, generous, quirky, and genius people would gather together to hear my silly standards and original tunes on the regular.
This gaggle I've come to fondly call the "Cafe Crew" have become true friends and my champions and I'm so grateful for them(/you!)...
So to celebrate this magical community I'm hosting a special live stream event to mark Crooner Coffee Hour's third anniversary!
I'll be giving away prizes, raffling off my discography, raising funds for charity, and have a bunch of other surprises up my sleeve. Of course, there will be music.

You do not need a Facebook or YouTube account to watch, but you must login to one of these platforms if you wish to participate in the chat or win prizes - which I hope you will!
I use a multi-streaming service to broadcast Crooner Coffee Hour to YouTube for those who want to watch but who don’t have Facebook accounts or don’t like Facebook. That being said, if you are able to watch and engage using your Facebook account, it really helps the spread the reach of my video to other people who “like” my Page - and this is a celebration so we want as many people to tune in as possible.
The first 25 Facebook users to “like” the Facebook broadcast and comment on the live broadcast will win a limited edition acrylic Lex Land branch logo pin. I will reach out to those who qualify after the stream has ended, either by a Facebook direct message or by replying to their comment in the broadcast comment feed.
For every SHARE of the Facebook broadcast, I will donate $1 to SIMS, which provides mental health care resources for Austin Musicians and Austin music industry professionals. So let’s rack up those shares!
The discography raffle prize, mad lib auction prize, and trivia prizes can be won by anyone tuning in and participating, regardless of which platform you use to watch.
