We are happy to announce our next monthly live event at Chez Zee with the performance happening May 1st featuring the exceptional Kevin Lovejoy Quartet.

A native Houstonian and High School for the Performing and Visual Arts alumnus, Kevin Lovejoy is a pianist, keyboardist, composer, and producer who studied with Mary Norris at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, and Ellis Marsalis at the University of New Orleans. He has toured extensively with Fastball, Spoon, Michelle Branch, Daniel Powter, and John Mayer. In addition to countless studio credits, he arranged and produced Kat Edmonson’s debut album, co-wrote her hit song “Lucky”, and continues to lead the Kevin Lovejoy Trio with bassist Sam Pankey and drummer Daniel Dufour.

With our return to safer conditions, AJS is returning to single performances at full capacity at Chez Zee. Seating will be a mixture of tables and chairs. The restaurant will be serving brunch from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. Click here for reservations to dine at Chez Zee.
