7S7D D7: “Awake”
I did it, y'all. 7 songs in one week. That's officially a personal record! (That I can recall - certainly the first time I've ever tried). There was a little optimistic part of me that was like, "yeah if it goes well maybe I'll go for a month!" THAT's definitely not happening. I feel a little like my well needs replenishing after this - BUT it was an excellent and very productive bootcamp.
Today's prompt was "head over heels" and I felt the need to write a little something nice and lovely inspired by my beloved - a little folk song inspired by a modern-day fairy tale.
I will be posting the secret link for tomorrow's web concert sometime soon. It will be free to attend and exclusive to my subscribers here (and the other two I have subscribing at BandCamp) streamed via ConcertWindow. It will be at 8PM CST tomorrow evening. I am pretty nervous about it. Once I am finished posting this I am going to start practicing.
