Moorhaunter Event Tonight
Just wanted to touch base with you today to let you know that we’ve got a live event this evening!
I’ve been putting some energy and time into reviving a long-neglected electronic side project of mine I call “moorhaunter” (here’s a link that will take you to all the moorhaunter songs I’ve posted here in The Vault)
With the different songs, new tech, and the new Twitch channel where I’m practicing this stuff, it’s been really slow-going, but last night finally felt like I’m really getting into the swing of it.
We only have two more moorhaunter events before “she” goes away for another month (returning March 8th), and tonight is the last evening stream. (We conclude this moorhaunter chapter this Friday morning in the Crooner Coffee Hour slot, 11:30am EST)
If you like ambient music, chillhop, dance-pop, and/or early 90s RnB then you’ll probably like this project. It’s been such a huge task getting this channel going and I’d love to share it with you. If you’re around tonight and looking for a good hang and some background music while you do chores or make dinner, I’d love to see you there.
This event takes place on Twitch, which is free to view and sign up. If you’ve never watched a Twitch stream, it’s not entirely unlike the Facebook Lives, just a little more interactive. You don’t need a Twitch account to watch the event, but you will if you want to comment (which I hope you will- that’s what makes it fun).
I somehow need to round up about 20 more followers before the end of this week to meet my goal of reaching “affiliate” status, which, in the Twitch world, means I can use some of their proprietary features. So, even if you don’t plan on tuning in often or ever, a follow there would be a HUGE help for me at this juncture!
Tonight’s event will start at 8PM EST.
