Hello July!
June Recap:
The ball is officially rolling on the “public releases and related content” plan ☺️ We released a cover single and performance video for “I’m Confessin’” which went live to the public on all streaming services on June 7.
We had another true “Vault Debut Night” on June 18 where I did another presentation to tell you all about about my current/upcoming content plans, and the new releases coming this month: a new production of an old orginal song (Not Now), and another cover video + single for the 1947 Disney tune, Lazy Countryside. If you missed the live event, the replay is available here in the archive at the bottom.

The LoveLetterMusic calendar is currently complete and correct… and again there’ll be a lot going on over the next few weeks! (Visual representation below and posted on all my social channels in case you seek a quick reference for the future.)
❄️ Sun 7/7 - SPEAKEERIE RAID TRAIN - 9PM ET
The HollyFrostSwings clan has been invited to participate in what’s called a “Raid Train” on Twitch… basically how it works is: live viewers from a preceding stream get “deposited” into another channel’s broadcast, and this happens over and over to predestined channels for a predetermined period of time. We haven’t done one of these in a while, and this one will be an “all vintage music” raid train so it should be a lot of fun! Free to attend, of course. The info and schedule for the whole event can be found here at the host’s website. My slot will take place around 9pm ET for approximately one hour. To keep things interesting and on-theme, requests will be limited to songs published before 1940.

Disney Night continues! Vintage Disney songs by your request- only on Twitch via the Holly Frost channel. (note: no Disney night on 7/29)
❄️ Crooner Coffee Hour - Fridays (new schedule)
CCH will still hold at the regular day and time… kind of. To try to take better advantage of platform-native use and algorithmic recommendation, I’d like to forgo multistreaming and do FB Live the old-school way for a while: mobile, vertical format, and using only my phone. I’ll go live from 11am ET to noon-ish on FB Live only for a stripped-down, acoustic segment, and then we’ll do a Twitch block on my regular electric rig starting around 12:30pm ET.
❄️ Thursday 7/11 - Not Now Release Eve!
Whenever possible, on the night before any new releases I’ll be celebrating with y’all through live events and giveaways related to the releases. For the Not Now “Release Eve,” we’ll be celebrating the new original song single. I’ll jump onto Instagram Live (via @hollyfrostswings) at 8:30PM ET for a live playthrough of the song, some chit chat, a first-public-listen of the track, and then a giveaway for a Not Now merit badge.
❄️ Friday 7/12 - Not Now Release Day!
The new Holly Frost single "Not Now'" will be live to the public on Friday, 7/12. This is really a big deal, since I haven’t publicly released an original song since last November! During the Crooner Coffee Hour events that day, I’ll be giving away a couple more free Not Now merit badges and promoting the new release. Party time! 🎉
🗝 Tuesday 7/16 - 9PM ET
During the LoveLetter Vault members-only DEBUT NIGHT, I’ll be premiering all the new stuff for August, plus early exclusive prizes given away for August-related releases for live attendees. 🎁
🕯 Saturday 7/20 - 9PM ET
A special One Big Dark Room live broadcast event to celebrate the third anniversary of the affiliation of this channel on Twitch. This will of course be hosted on the One Big Dark Room Twitch channel.
❄️ Thursday 7/25 - Lazy Countryside Release Eve!
We’ll be celebrating the new live cover single and related performance video for Lazy Countryside. I’ll jump onto Instagram Live (via @hollyfrostswings) at 8:30PM ET for a live playthrough of the song, some chit chat, a first-public-listen of the track, and then a giveaway for a Lazy Countryside “merit badge.” Then we’ll migrate the party over to YouTube to premiere the video for Lazy Countryside (at 9PM ET), where folks can get another chance to win this merit badge for free (we’ll run the drawing in the live chat during the video).
❄️ Friday 7/26 - Lazy Countryside Release Day!
The "Lazy Countryside'" audio will be live to the public on Friday, 7/26. During the Crooner Coffee Hours that day, I’ll be giving away a couple more more free Lazy Countryside merit badges and promoting the single 🎉
I’ll be out of town for a minute after that… I might take an instrument so that I can continue to stream via mobile while I’m away, but I haven’t decided yet. There is a possibility of a short break in live broadcasts the last week of July/first week of August - hopefully I’ll know by the Vault Event on 7/16 and will be able to fill you in then ❤️
